I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Ling Wu. We came in for dinner, were seated, and placed our order. Only after we had already ordered were we informed that there was a two-hour time limit on our table. My question is simple: Why were we not informed of this policy before we were seated or before we placed our order? If there is a two-hour dining limit, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, guests should be clearly informed in advance so they can decide whether they are comfortable dining under those conditions. Unfortunately, the service throughout our meal was also disappointing. When we asked to speak with a manager, Nick came over. Instead of trying to understand our concern or offer a reasonable solution, he simply told us that because it was Friday and Saturday, there was nothing they could do. His attitude and the way he handled the situation made an already disappointing experience even worse. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that at around 6:30 PM, there were still many empty tables in the restaurant. This restaurant is absolutely amazing - a feast for the senses! We came for dim sum and loved the authentic Chinese cuisine with a modern, creative twist. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. But what impressed me most was the beautiful interior design, with its countless thoughtful details and personal touches. It turned our meal into an experience rather than just another lunch. We ordered Ling’s soup dumplings (loaded with flavorful broth and absolutely delicious), pork and shrimp siu mai, short ribs with black bean sauce (so tender that every last drop of the sauce deserves to be spooned over steamed rice), tofu skin chicken rolls, and shrimp-stuffed Chinese eggplant. We especially recommend the soup dumplings and the short ribs. The interior strikes a perfect balance between upscale contemporary design and a tribute to the chef’s cultural heritage. Every little detail—from the chopsticks and mugs to the paper table covers and even the to-go bags—is thoughtfully branded. Dined here for lunch on a Monday. Excellent food and service and the portions were much bigger than I expected. Really great value. You are required to order the Beef Chow Fun Noodle! I command thee. What I ordered: - Beef Chow Fun Noodle w/ XO Sauce - highlight of the lunch for me. Portion was HUGE and the texture/flavor/etc was soooo addictive and yummy. - Scallion Pancake with Curry Dip - this is a must get too. the texture of the scallion pancake was soooo good. - Pan Fried Akaushi Beef Bao - these were decent but nothing I'd get again compared to the other two - Pan Sear Basil Chicken Dumplings - these were a miss for me, but I feel like my palate tends to not like darker meat chicken so I may not be the best critic for this one - Fly Me to the Blue Moon (dessert of Merengue, Yuzu Ice Cream w/ Blueberries) - the presentation on this was really nice and it tasted great but the portion was not as good if you are expecting to share it. Very refreshing though for one person! Service/Atmosphere - Super chill, fast, friendly, etc. I'd easily come back here. Parking - Found it easy to find spots for a Monday lunch but otherwise they validate parking for the garage nearby. Other N

One of the best Asian restaurants in town for me. Everything we tasted absolutely delicious. Their brunch menu has so many dumplings options and they so good you could eat dumplings for brunch. Scallion pancake is flaky, crispy and soo good. Their ice coffee is strong and non alcoholic drinks are amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more for a Sunday brunch. Definitely coming back.

The food was delicious and the presentation stunning! We enjoyed everything from appetizers to dessert, and everything in between. Our server, Luciano, kept the food coming and checked in with us without being intrusive. He provided exceptional service and added to the overall fantastic experience. We will return.
